Professional Experience

I graduated from the University of Illinois with my Masters Degree in Social Work in 2008. This is my fifth year working in the North Boone School District as a School Social Worker.  Prior to coming to North Boone, I worked for three years as a School Social Worker for the Winnebago County Special Education Cooperative.  I have experience with working with students in Pre-K through 12th grade. Prior to being a School Social Worker, I worked with mentally ill and developmentally disabled adults.

Personal Information

I was born and raised in Rockford, IL., to which I still reside with my husband and three children.  My kids, Liviya (13), Colton (8) and Jace (5) keep me on my toes daily. When I am not busy working, spending time with my kids, cooking and cleaning, you can find me spending time with friends, reading, shopping (a guilty pleasure), and trying to catch up on some of my favorite TV shows!
